Easy Every Day Low Carb Ingredients:
16 ounces fish fillets, 1/2 to 1 inch thick (flounder, sole or orange roughy) |
nonstick cooking spray |
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes |
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1 tablespoon finely shredded lemon peel |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
lemon wedge |
Directions:
1. Thaw fish if frozen. Coat a 15 by 10 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place fish in prepared pan, tucking under any thin edges. 2. In a small bowl combine corn flakes, Parmesan cheese, butter, lemon peel, and pepper. 3. Sprinkle crumb mixture over the top of fish. Bake in a 450 oven for 4-6 minutes per 1/2 inch thickness of fish or until fish flakes easily with a fork and crumbs are brown. 4. Serve with lemon wedges. |
