Lemon and Oregano Chicken |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice |
1/4 cup dry white wine |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 garlic cloves |
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped |
1/2 lemon, zest of |
salt and pepper |
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken. 2. Put chicken in a large zip-top plastic bag and pour marinade over the top. Seal tightly and allow to sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour. 3. Grill chicken and enjoy! |
