Lemon and Garlic Vinaigrette |

Simple Ingredients:
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Add everything except the oil in food processor bowl or blender. With it running, slowly drizzle in the oil. 2. Serve immediately or place in glass container and refrigerate. |
