Lemon and Butter Potatoes |

This sounds like a great dish. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs new potatoes (10-12 small) |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 teaspoons chives |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in salted (not with salt specified) water. 2. While cooking, combine all other ingredients in a sausepan and heat to boiling. 3. Drain potatoes, and put in serving dish. 4. Stir lemon butter before pouring over the potatoes. |
