A copycat recipe from Jamba Juice. Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat eggnog |
1 cup low-fat frozen yogurt (we like tcby's vanilla frozen yogurt) |
1 dash nutmeg |
1 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. 2. If you wish, you can sprinkle the dash of nutmeg to the top of the smoothie instead of blending it in with the other ingredients. |
