Something to do with all the holiday bird leftovers... Ingredients:
3 cups diced cooked turkey |
4 hard-boiled eggs |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
1/2 cup walnuts |
1/4 onion, diced |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Reconstitute cranberries by soaking in hot water for approx 15 minutes. 2. Drain cranberries well - pressing out water by hand. 3. Combine all ingreadients in a mixing bowl. 4. Chill 2 hours to meld flavors. |
