This is a great way to server leftovers in a breakfast kid of way.
Ingredients:
4 eggs scrambled
1/8 cup milk
1/4 tsp butter
salt
pepper
old bay seasoning
garlic
celantro
1/2 cup chopped leftover meat from last nights dinner.stake, chicken, pork, shrimp, etc............
1/2 cup chopped leftover veggies (or any fresh garden veggies)
1/2 cup cheese of your choice
Directions:
1. In a sm bowl scramble eggs and milk .
2. Chop meat and veggies and mix throughly with spices.
3. Saute over med heat until eggs are well done.
4. Add cheese on top let cheese melt and serve.
