This is a good way to use up last night's leftovers. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 potato, diced |
2 eggs, whipped |
1/2 cup meat, leftover your choice |
1 hard roll, lightly buttered |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a fry pan,sautee diced potatoes in butter. 2. Add the eggs and meat when potatoes are slightly browned. 3. Add salt and pepper. 4. Mix all together and cook until done. 5. Fill the bun with cooked mixture and enjoy. |
