Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes (leftovers) |
butter |
corn flakes, crushed |
Directions:
1. Roll the potatoes into balls and flatten them. 2. Dip them in Melted butter. 3. Roll them in crushed cornflakes. 4. Place them in a greased pan. 5. Bake the balls at 350F until they are well heated (20-30 minutes). |
