Ingredients:
2 cups mashed potatoes (leftovers)
butter
corn flakes, crushed
Directions:
1. Roll the potatoes into balls and flatten them.
2. Dip them in Melted butter.
3. Roll them in crushed cornflakes.
4. Place them in a greased pan.
5. Bake the balls at 350F until they are well heated (20-30 minutes).
