Ingredients:
russet potatoes
stick of butter
salt and pepper or seasoning salt (lawry's)
Directions:
1. Pre heat over to 375 - 400.
2. Par boil potatoes in salted water for 20 mins - until just tender (NOT SOFT - done when a knife inserted goes through)
3. Melt butter in a separate pan
4. Put potatoes in pyrex baking dish
5. Pour melted butter over potatoes - turning potatoes in butter so they are all covered and then season with seasoning and salt and pepper
6. Keep checking them and turn them over half way through cooking - you will see they are browned on the bottom.
