This recipe does not require you to fry food. To make a complete meal serve with 'meatballs for soup' (see my recipe on this site) Ingredients:
1 leek, sliced |
1 bunch watercress, roughly chopped |
1 tablespoon instant bouillon granules |
1 teaspoon butter |
Directions:
1. Boil leek in plenty of water for 10 minute. 2. Add watercress and cook for another 20 minutes. 3. Add the stock cube. 4. Liquidise. 5. Add the butter. 6. Stir to thicken. |
