filling soup Ingredients:
1 tbsp butter |
1 spring onion, finely sliced |
1 leek, sliced and rinsed |
150 g potatoes, peeled and cubed |
7 1/2 g bouillion |
400 ml water |
50 g vermouth |
Directions:
1. melt the butter 2. Fry the onion and leek for several minutes 3. mix up the bouillion into stock 4. add the potatoes 5. add the vermouth 6. add the stock 7. simmer till the potatoes are soft then smoosh with a blender and serve with seasoning. |
