THIS IS VERY SIMILAR TO MY SUPER EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE JUST A LITTLE MORE PREP.
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 15 oz can of sliced peaches(in juice not syrup)
2 tsp.ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
butter for cake pan
1 tub of cream cheese frosting
Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350
2. IN LARGE BOWL ADD CAKE MIX,CINNAMON AND CLOVES-MIX WELL
3. TAKE CAN OF SLICED PEACHES WITH JUICE - PLACE IN DEEP BOWL OR CONTAINER AND MASH LIGHTLY WITH POTATO MASHER - (BASICALLY MAKING CRUSHED PEACHES FOR A SMOOTH BATTER)
4. ADD CRUSHED PEACHES TO CAKE MIX AND MIX WELL
5. POUR MIXTURE INTO BUTTERED 13X9 PAN
6. BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES - TEST WITH TOOTH PICK IN CENTER SHOULD COME OUT CLEAN
7. LET COOL ABOUT AN HOUR AND FROST WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING - REFRIDGERATE AFTER FROSTING - ENJOY
