Leda's Macaroni and Cheese

This is how my Aunt Leda made her macaroni and cheese. I thought this was so good and creamy.
Ingredients:
4 -6 cups elbow macaroni, cooked (more if desired)
4 lbs cabot seriously sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
4 lbs ragu double cheddar pasta sauce
36 ounces evaporated milk (3-3 1/2 cans)
butter
salt
pepper
Directions:
1. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes on 300.
2. Enjoy!
