Leda's Macaroni and Cheese |

This is how my Aunt Leda made her macaroni and cheese. I thought this was so good and creamy. Ingredients:
4 -6 cups elbow macaroni, cooked (more if desired) |
4 lbs cabot seriously sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded |
4 lbs ragu double cheddar pasta sauce |
36 ounces evaporated milk (3-3 1/2 cans) |
butter |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes on 300. 2. Enjoy! |
