2 cups cooked white beans |
1 cucumber, peeled and chopped |
1 ripe tomato, chopped |
2 carrots |
1/2 yellow pepper |
1/2 red onion |
1 t dried dill |
1 t dried mint |
1 t ground cumin |
1 t olive oil |
3 t lemon juice |
1 t sea salt |
1 black pepper to taste |
Directions:
