Lebanese Cauliflower With Tahini Sauce |

A scrumptuous, satisfying side dish that will have even cauliflower doubters coming back for more! Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower, cut into serving size pieces |
2 t good olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, mashed fine |
1 cup tahini |
1 cup cup orange juice |
juice of 1/2 lemon |
1/2 t zatar spice blend |
about 1/4 cup fresh parsley, snipped fine |
2 green onions, snipped fine |
1t sesame oil |
1-3 t sesame seeds, to taste |
Directions:
1. Combine the garlic, tahini, orange juice, lemon juice, zatar, parsley, green onions, and sesame oil. Set aside. 2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Fry the cauliflower pieces until brown and crispy. 3. Place the cauliflower on a serving platter, pour the sauce over and garnish liberally with sesame seeds. 4. Serve and enjoy. |
