I know this one sounds odd but it is by far the best macaroni salad I have ever had. I make it for picnics and pot luck dinners. Ingredients:
1 (5 1/2 ounce) package kraft macaroni and cheese |
2 cups shredded cabbage |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped |
1 cup miracle whip |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Prepare Kraft Dinner as package directs. 2. Set aside and let cool completely. 3. When cooled add remaining ingredients into bowl and mix well. 4. I like to garnish with slices of green pepper. |
