A girlfriend gave me this recipe and although I baulked at the pineapple, it really is fantastic! It works well with all meats, even as a dipping sauce for a vegetable platter. Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple juice |
1 cup peanut butter |
1 clove minced garlic |
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce |
1/4 cup soya sauce |
Directions:
1. Put everything in a pan. 2. Stir over medium heat until it is smooth. 3. If it is too thick, add a little water. 4. Or if you want it creamier, add a little coconut milk. |
