Lean Tater Tot Casserole

Like mom use to make but slightly healthier.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion
2 cups broccoli
1 (15 ounce) can green beans
2 (15 ounce) cans campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
1 lb tater tots
2 ounces cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Line casserole dish with tater tots and cook according to package.
2. While tater tots cook. Brown beef with onions and steam broccoli. Combine all ingredients except cheese and tater tots.
3. Put mixture on top of tater tots.
4. Top with cheese and cook till cheese is melted.
