                    Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup sherry wine vinegar  |  
                                                1/4 cup olive oil  |  
                                                1/4 cup hot paprika  |  
                                                2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns, slightly crushed  |  
                                                1 teaspoon dried oregano  |  
                                                1 bay leaf whole  |  
                                                salt to taste  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a jar combine all of the ingredients. Use to sauce roasted, grilled or broiled meats and poultry. This is strong so use sparingly.                              |
