Lean Homemade Sausage Patties |

These won't shrink up like the fatty ones, and they taste much better. Ingredients:
1/4 cup water |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 -3 teaspoons sage |
1 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/8 teaspoon ginger |
2 lbs ground pork |
Directions:
1. Place water and seasonings in a bowl. 2. Add pork and mix well. 3. Shape into 8 patties. 4. In skillet on med heat cook 6 minutes per side, or until done. |
