A healthier(?) scone, but still delicious. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
7 tablespoons sugar |
6 tablespoons butter (cold, unsalted) |
1 cup blueberries |
1 cup light sour cream |
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients. 2. Crumble in butter. 3. Add blueberries. 4. Add sourcream. 5. Form into ball, flatten out, cut into ten-twelve pie shape slices, bake at 425 for 15 or so minutes. |
