1 small onion, chopped |
1/4 cup butter |
1/2 cup lea & perrins chicken marinade |
1 1/2 cups water |
1 cup raw long grain rice |
1/4 cup diced green pepper |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. in saucepan saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. 2. add chicken marinade and remaining ingredients. 3. boil the reduce heat and cover simmer for 20-25 minutes or until almost all liquid is absorbed. 4. remove from heat and let steam for 5 minutes before serving. |
