Ingredients:
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 cup butter or margarine |
1/4 cup vinegar |
1/4 cup catsup |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon red pepper |
2 drops hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Sauté garlic in butter in a small saucepan over low heat 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; stir well. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes. Use sauce for barbecuing beef, pork, or chicken. |
