A tasty, guilt-free hot drink to fill you up. Milk adds flavour and texture of this drink, as well as valuable calcium, but it also adds to the calories. Ingredients:
1 1/2 teaspoons cocoa |
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules |
1 sugar-free mint candies or 1 sprig mint leaf |
1 (1 g) packet artificial sweetener |
1 cup boiling water |
Directions:
1. Ensure the water is boiling. 2. Mix all the ingredients together. |
