Easiest lasagna I've ever made. Very quick and simple, and everyone thats tasted it says its the best they've ever had. My daughter is to young but my 2 year old neice cant get enough. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (or any meat you want) |
1/2 cup italian seasoning |
32 ounces spaghetti sauce (i recomend garlic spagetti sauce) |
8 ounces lasagna noodles |
1 cup water |
16 ounces cottage cheese (you can use ricotta if you prefer) |
8 ounces sour cream |
18 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350. 2. boil noodles until just under done (if your making it for the freezer, dont boil noodles). 3. brown meat in deep skillet, then add water, sauce and italian seasoning. 4. combine cottage cheese, sour cream, and mozzarella in bowl. mix well. 5. spoon a layer of sauce mixture into bottom of 9 x 13 in baking dish. 6. place 1 layer of noodles on top of sauce. 7. spoon layer of cheese mixture on top of noodles. 8. repeat sauce, noodle, and cheese layers until all gone. 9. finally top with parmesan cheese. 10. bake, covered for 1 hour, then uncover and bake about 20 minutes. |
