A great meal for cooler weather Ingredients:
8 bbq lamb chops |
4 -5 cups of tinned tomatoes + juice |
2-3 onions, chopped |
1-2 carrots, sliced |
1 stock cube |
1 cup of water |
Directions:
1. Dissolve stock cube in water 2. Add all ingredients to a Crockpot or saucepan 3. Cook on slow simmer til meat is required tenderness 4. TO SERVE 5. Serve with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable 6. Can also be served with rice, pasta or freshly baked bread |
