Ingredients:
3 pound(s) chicken cut up or whole |
2 tablespoon(s) oil |
4 whole(s) medium onions quartered |
6 whole(s) carrots chunks |
4 whole(s) potatoes chunks |
2 cup(s) chicken broth |
1/4 cup(s) white wine |
2 tablespoon(s) parsley chopped |
Directions:
1. If doing in oven, brown chicken pieces in oil and transfer to greased 8x14 baking dish skin side up. Then between pieces, stuff veggies; pour broth and wine over top, sprinkle with parsley and bake at 400 for 45 minutes. If doing in slow cooker, place half the onions on the bottom, then the chicken, surround with remaining veggies except the parsley; pour broth and wine over top, sprinkle with parsley and cook on low for eight hours. |
