My roomates swooned at sight of these - goes to show how starved for decent food we are. Ooh well; they were delicious anyway. Ingredients:
2 cups baby carrots |
1 tablespoon basil |
1 tablespoon ground ginger powder |
1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Boil baby carrots with half the tablespoon of basil and half the tablespoon of ginger until soft, but not limp. 2. Drain. 3. Add the remaining spices and margarine. 4. Enjoy! |
