Wonderful and easy. This one came from my good friend, Bonnie Snedden. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef stew meat |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 (10 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup |
2 (10 ounce) cans water |
1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix |
2 cups diced potatoes |
1 cup diced carrot |
Directions:
1. Mix all but vegetables in deep casserole. 2. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. 3. Add carrots after 1 hour. 4. Add potatoes after 2 hours. 5. Add more water if needed. 6. I have also just put all ingredients into a crock pot on low all day. |
