Another great recipe with cranberries - so delicious!!
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
4 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen)
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine sugar, orange juice and peel; stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add the cranberries, cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
3. Mash the mixture.
4. Chill several hours or overnight in individual pint jars.
