Another great recipe with cranberries - so delicious!! Ingredients:
2 cups sugar |
1 cup orange juice |
1 teaspoon grated orange peel |
4 cups cranberries (fresh or frozen) |
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine sugar, orange juice and peel; stir until sugar is dissolved. 2. Add the cranberries, cover and cook on low for 6 hours. 3. Mash the mixture. 4. Chill several hours or overnight in individual pint jars. |
