Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
4 cups shredded cabbage |
3 tablespoons long grain rice |
2 cups store-bought spaghetti sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Saute beef, onion, salt, pepper and rice until beef is brown. 3. Drain. 4. In roaster, lay the cabbage, then meat mixture, then layer of spaghetti sauce on top. 5. Cover with foil and cook for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. |
