Simple appetizer, start your meal with a bit of surprise! Ingredients:
onions (finely chopped) |
tomatoes (chopped into square pieces) |
shrimps (shelled) |
cucumber / avocado |
mayonaise |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. First prepare the shrimps, add some salt, cooked in boil water. 2. When the shrimps turn reddish, dip all the shrimps into a bowl of icy cold water. This is to shrink it a little. Cut the shrimps into half. Leave it aside. 3. Now, cut the cucmber or avocado into small squares bite pieces. ( chopped) Add in the mayo and mix it well. 4. Prepare a shot glass, place the shrimp at the bottom of the glass, then press in the onion,tomatoes, and last the cucumber. 5. Now turn the shot glass upside down on the serving plate, viola.... your little layers of surprise is done! 6. Crack some pepper on top. |
