These are a decadent brownie that has lots of exciting , delicious layers to them Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup baking cocoa |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/2 cup (1-stick) butter, cut into pieces |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
3 large eggs, divided |
2 tsp. vanilla extract |
1 cup chopped pecans |
3/4 cup white chocolate morsels |
1/2 cup caramel ice-cream topping |
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Grease 8-in. square baking pan. 3. Combine flour, cocoa and salt in small bowl. 4. Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. 5. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 6. Add vanilla extract; mix well. 7. Gradually beat in flour mixture. 8. Reserve 3/4 cup batter. 9. Spread remaining batter into prepared baking pan. 10. Sprinkle pecans and white morsels over batter. 11. Drizzle carmel topping over top. 12. Beat remaining egg and reserved batter in same large bowl until light in color. 13. Stir in semi- sweet morsels. 14. Spread evenly over carmel topping. 15. Bake 30-35 minutes or until center is set. 16. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. 17. Cut into squares. |
