3 large eggs --divided |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
1 cup chopped pecans |
3/4 cups white moresels |
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping |
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels |
Directions:
1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES F. 2. GREASE AND 8X8 BAKING PAN 3. COMBINE FLOUR,COCOA AND SALT IN SMALL BOWL. 4. BEAT BUTTER, GRANULATED SUGAR, AND BROWN SUGAR IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL UNTIL CREAMY. 5. ADD 2 EGGS ONE AT A TME, BEATING WELL AFTER EACH ADDITION. 6. ADD VANILLA EXTRACT; MIX WELL. 7. GRADUALLY BEAT IN FLOUR MIXTURE., RESERVE 3/4 CUP OF THE BATTER. 8. SPREAD REMAINING BATTER INTO A PREPARED BAKING PAN. 9. SPRINKLE WITH WHITE MORSELS AND PECANS. 10. DRIZZLE CARAMEL OVER THE TOP 11. BEAT REMAING EGG AND RESERVED BATTER IN SAME BOWL UNTIL LIGHT IN COLOR. 12. STIR IN SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE MORSELS, 13. SPREAD ON TOP EVENLY OVER CARAMEL 14.
