Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms |
2 cups broccoli flowerets, chopped |
1 (10-ounce) package shredded carrot |
5 small yellow squash, sliced |
2 large red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces |
2 green onions, sliced (optional) |
parmesan dressing |
Directions:
1. Layer half each of first 5 ingredients and, if desired, green onions in a 3-quart glass bowl. Spread half of Parmesan Dressing over top; repeat layers. Cover and chill 8 hours. |
