Ingredients:
2 ounce(s) (1/2 cup) shredded cheddar cheese, divided use |
1/2 cup(s) cocktail sauce |
crackers |
1 8-oz. package(s) cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoon(s) milk |
2 tablespoon(s) sliced green onions |
6 ounce(s) small cooked, peeled shrimp |
Directions:
1. Combine softened cream cheese and milk in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside 2 tablespoons cheddar for topping, then stir remaining cheddar into cream cheese. 2. Spread cream-cheese mixture on bottom of 10-inch round serving dish. Spread cocktail sauce on top, leaving a 1/2-inch border of the cream-cheese mixture showing. Arrange shrimp on top. Sprinkle with green onions and reserved 2 tablespoons cheese. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. 3. Serve with crackers. |
