Serve with rye crackers for great flavor combination, although good with any cracker. Ingredients:
1/2 cup thousand island dressing |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 (8 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained |
8 ounces shredded swiss cheese |
6 ounces thinly sliced deli corned beef, chopped |
2 green onions, sliced |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Combine Thousand Island dressing and mayonnaise. 3. In an ungreased pie plate layer sauerkraut, half the swiss cheese, the corned beef and Thousand Island mixture in that order. To the reserved half of the cheese add the green onions and sprinkle over top. 4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly. Serve with crackers. |
