A beautiful milkshake that takes no time to make :D
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (low fat works very well)
2 chocolate squares (your favourite but without caramel or nuts etc.)
1/2 banana (optional)
Directions:
1. Through all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until chocolate dissolves.
3. Leave to separate for a few minutes.
4. Enjoy!
