Ingredients:
2 pound(s) chicken, raw |
30 ounce(s) black beans, drained |
3 cup(s) sour cream |
2 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded |
8 ounce(s) chopped green chilies |
2 teaspoon(s) cumin |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
12 medium corn tortillas, cut into 12 strips |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray pan. 2. Boil chicken. Chop into 1 pieces. 3. Mix chicken, beans, sour cream, 1 cup of shredded cheese, chilies, cumin and pepper. 4. Place half of tortillas in pan. Top with half of chicken mixture. Repeat. Top with remaining cheese. 5. Bake until filling is bubbly and cheese is melted, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing into 12 pieces. Serve with salsa on the side. |
