A recipe using StoveTop stuffing. I seem to favor those types of recipes for some reason. Always a filler for my brood. Also, I use corn in this one instead of the stated peas. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package chicken stove top stuffing mix |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
1/4 cup milk |
1 (1 lb) package frozen meatballs |
2 cups frozen peas |
1 cup cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. 3. Set aside. 4. Combine soup and milk in a 9x13 inch baking pan. 5. Stir in meatballs and peas. 6. Sprinkle with cheese. 7. Top with the prepared stuffing. 8. Bake 20-25 minutes. |
