From Favorite Brand Name Recipes cookbook. This sounded good. I haven't made it yet but I hope to soon. This is a no cook recipe! Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped |
3/4 cup chili sauce |
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder with an electric mixer, until fluffy. 2. Stir in the green onions. 3. Spread evenly in a 10 inch pie plate. Top with chili sauce and then the crab meat. 4. Cover and chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired and serve with assorted crackers. Refrigerate leftovers (if any)! |
