This is Pudding at its Best, Smooth, Creamy, & Full of Flavor Ingredients:
bottom layer |
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 cup finely chopped pecans |
middle layer |
8 ounces cream cheese (softened) |
1 cup sugar |
9 ounces cool whip (thawed & divided) |
top |
6-3/4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding |
3 cups cold milk |
6-3/4 ounce box chocolate pudding |
1 dark chocolate bar |
Directions:
1. Mix Graham Cracker Crumbs, Butter & Pecans together into a 2. 13x9x2 Pan. Bake at 350 15-20 Minutes or until Lightly Brown. 3. Cool Completely 4. Middle: Beat Cream Cheese & Sugar until Smooth. Fold in 1/2 5. of the Cool Whip. Spread Mixture over Cooled Crust. 6. Top: Beat Milk with Pudding Mix until Smooth & Thickened 7. Spread over Cream Cheese Mixture. Spread Remaining Cool Whip 8. and Sprinkle with Grated Chocolate. Cover, & Refrigerate Overnight. |
