This came to me in an email from Kraft. You can adjust the heat by the type of Ro*Tel that you choose. Sounds delicious! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed |
10 ounces ro*tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained |
1 cup mexican four cheese, finely shredded |
Directions:
1. Spread cream cheese onto bottom of shallow dish. 2. Layer with beans and tomatoes; top with cheese. 3. Serve with tortilla chips. |
