Ingredients:
1 (16-ounce) can fat-free spicy refried beans |
1/4 cup fat-free sour cream |
1 (8-ounce) container refrigerated guacamole |
1 cup refrigerated fresh salsa |
1 cup (4 ounces) preshredded reduced-fat 4-cheese mexican blend cheese |
1/2 cup diced tomato |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
Directions:
1. Combine beans and sour cream in a small bowl, stirring until blended. Spread mixture into bottom of a shallow 1-quart serving dish. Spread guacamole over bean mixture. Top with salsa; sprinkle with cheese, tomato, and green onions. Cover and chill. |
