Easy to prepare. Always a favorite at parties.
Ingredients:
1 (16 oz) can fat-free refried beans
1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c reduced fat sour cream
1 c bottled salsa
1 c (4 ounces) preshredded reduced fat mexican blend or cheddar cheese
cilantro (optional-as a garnish)
Directions:
1. 1. Preheat oven to 375
2. 2. Combine beans, spread in 8 ounce baking dish. Spread sour cream over beans. Top w/salsa and cheese. Cover and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Garnish with cilantro.
3. 3. Serve with tortilla chips.
