I found this recipe when I was married and made it alot when we had people over on Sundays to watch football. Big sports fans here. Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans refried beans |
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced olives, drained |
1 1/2 cups mild salsa |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
sliced green onion |
sour cream |
tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Spread half of the refried beans in a 9 x 9 glass dish. 2. Layer 1/2 the olives, 1/2 the salsa and 1/2 the cheese. 3. Repeat layers. 4. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes. 5. Serve with Sour Cream and sliced green onions. |
