Another recipe from Betty Crocker cookbook. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained & chopped |
1/2 cup bok choy, chopped |
1 cup bean sprouts |
3 medium green onions, chopped |
rice crackers or assorted fresh vegetable, for dipping |
Directions:
1. Wash the bok choy and chop it, discarding the stems. 2. Mix the cream cheese, soy sauce, & water chestnuts together then spread in a 9 inch circle on a 12 inch serving plate. 3. Layer the bok choy, bean sprouts & onions over the cream cheese. Then place the rice crackers or vegetables along the edge of the plate. |
