Ingredients:
2 medium bananas, peeled and sliced |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 1/2 cups orange sections |
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, halved |
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks |
1/4 cup sour cream |
1 tablespoon sugar |
2 tablespoons grand marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur |
1/2 cup flaked coconut |
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped |
1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine banana and lemon juice in a small bowl; toss gently to coat. Layer orange sections, banana, strawberries, and pineapple in a 1 1/2-quart serving bowl; cover and chill. 2. Combine sour cream, sugar, and liqueur; fold in coconut and whipped cream. Spoon sour cream mixture over fruit, and sprinkle with pecans. |
