My inlaw's neighbor brought this to our crab boil and it was so good! Easy as pie to throw together, too! Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (8 ounce) package mexican cornbread mix |
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (15 ounce) can whole corn, drained |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Melt butter in casserole dish. Stir in sour cream, add both corns, add corn bread mix and stir together until just mixed. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or unti center is set. |
